Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A2: Our factory is located in Qinghe County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, China, about 2 hours high-speed train from Beijing  Airport. All our clients are warmly welcome to visit us  from home or abroad and and we offer free hotel and free car.

Q3: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A3: Quality is priority. Jinhu people always put much importance on quality controlling from the beginning to the end. Our factory has passed ISO, SGS, ROHS certification.

Q4: How can we guarantee quality?
A4: Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final Inspection before shipment.

Q5: What is the delivery time?
A5: Usually 7 days to 15 days. Please confirm with us before ordering. General production time for 1x20 feet container is 10-15 days, for 1x40 feet container 20-25 days. 

Q6: What should I do if I find quality problem in using?
A6: 12 months Quality Guarantee for all of our products. We offer replacement for any defective caused by non-human reasons.

Q7: How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?
A7: We have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.
